Do I need experience?
Not at all. Our fundamentals classes are designed for complete beginners. Just show up ready to learn.
What should I wear?
For your first class, athletic shorts and a t-shirt work great. We'll let you know about gi requirements from there.
Is the free trial really free?
100% free. No credit card required. No obligation. Just come try a class and see if Vanguard is right for you.
What ages do you teach?
We have programs starting from age 3 through adults. We also have dedicated 40+ classes at Lake Grove.
