Arrive 10-15 minutes early
Bring workout type of clothes or compression clothing (T shirt and shorts is fine)
Bring a water bottle. We have a hands-free refillable water fountain you can use
We also have 3 bathrooms and 3 showers if you’d like to use any of them during or after class.
